The "Israeli Martial Arts Hall of Fame"© web-site has been created as a vehicle to honor those "Giants" of the "Israeli Martial Arts Fraternity", who, through their unselfish and life long efforts and endeavors, first introduced these ancient martial sciences to the people of Israel. This web-site will also honor those that followed in the footsteps of these "Founders Fathers and Mothers" and the many of thousands of young Israeli Martial Artists, men and women, who have paid the supreme sacrifice in the name of the future peace. LET NOT THEIR SACRIFICE BE IN VAIN.
The "Israeli Martial Arts Hall of Fame"© and its web-site were created by Soke, Grand Master Dennis Hanover, 10th Dan "Hisardut-Dennis Survival Ju Jitsu", one of the Founders and Fathers of the Modern Martial Arts in Israel, starting 50 years ago from the ancient sciences of Martial Arts in South Africa and being one of the first Jewish Black Belts of South Africa. Special mention This web site was created with the help of Chief instructor Thomas G. Mitchell founder of the South African Karate and Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Through out his contact with Dennis Hanover, Founder of the Israeli Martial Arts Hall Of Fame, Thomas G. Mitchell expressed his honor, respect and love for the people of Israel and the Israeli Martial Artists brotherhood. Thomas who has become a true and faithful friend of Dennis Hanover is a man of foresight, humble and has given his heart in an unselfish way to the people of the world. The Israeli Martial Arts Hall of Fame, unanimously awards Chief instructor Thomas G. Mitchell an Honorary Degree of "5th Dan Black Belt".
